Piedmont Triad
Consisting of Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point and surrounding areas, the Piedmont Triad offers North Carolina an array of jobs. With Sara Lee and R.J. Reynolds both headquartered in Winston-Salem, the Triad has recently welcomed other companies, including P & S Machining and Fabrication Company, Aetna, Wentworth Furniture, TransTech Pharma and a new biodiesel plant (in association with the Biofuels Center of North Carolina). High Point is home to the biannual High Point Furniture Market, the largest furnishings industry trade show in the world.
