Triangle is not short on frozen yogurt 

Raleigh, N.C. (August 26, 2011) -- With banks hardly lending and consumers tightening their belts, the last few years have been rough ones for people looking to start their own retail businesses. Unless, of course, you're in the business of selling frozen yogurt.

Over the past two years the Triangle, mirroring a national trend, has seen an explosion in yogurt shops. More than a dozen frozen yogurt brands now operate stores here, offering a consumer a seemingly endless array of options to satisfy a sweet tooth.
