Sutton Square is located on the corner of Falls of Neuse Road and Spring Forest Road. The 104,000 SF shopping center is anchored by The Fresh Market and Rite Aide Pharmacy.
Richards Commercial Properties was contacted by the Director of Restaurant Development for Aladdin’s Eatery in Spring 2008 to research locations for the company’s second franchise location in North Carolina and their first in the Triangle.

Shane Bull and the Richards Commercial Properties team performed a thorough Market Segmentation to plan for Aladdin’s first and future restaurant locations in the Triangle. This prevents store overlap of customer trade areas and is a strategy for multiple location expansion and is a targeted approach to real estate. When the franchisor and franchisee visited the market from Cleveland, Ohio, Shane compiled a resource binder compiled of potential spaces throughout the Triangle. Through in-depth communication and client education on the retail trade areas, Shane and Richards Commercial had a clear understanding of their client’s needs and were able to target their space.
